HEY. HEY GUYS.

EHEHEH. I'll admit it; this was dead. Not on hiatus, or some other excuse. Dead as a doornail.

And here I am. Since I last saw you, I've taken up the hobby of necromancing, and this corpse has been lying in my conscience for a while. So here I am to announce...

LEARA IS NOT DEAD YET.

Because, using my extra-awesome necromancing Skillz, I shall bring Zombie!LEARA back. Not literally. She's not really a zombie.

I know what you're saying, 'oh, she promised this like a year ago, and we never heard from her again'. Well. I found the script that I've half-written for chapter 2, and have started actually drawing the pages--I won't be able to update except for every other week, because that's the only time I'll have access to a scanner.

So, I know this isn't very notable yet--and I don't blame you, the art for the first pages is absolutely dreadful, and I've done redesigns using my new style, and the script was not so good, but I'll be working to create a deeper storyline for the antagonist and his goals.

Also, I may be making a roleplay account for the hero, so if you see me around Dear_Mun (or a game, yeah right lol no).

Alright everyone, I know the question you're asking: WHEN IS THE CHAP COMING OUT! Well, I got some news:

Chapter 2 is around 3/4 done. That means I have something like 16 pages scripted, ready to draw, and a few more (9) to go.

Also: By making this a weekly webcomic (updated on Saturday mornings) I will be able to work on the script for the next chapter while I'm working on drawing the previous chapter, so you don't have horrendous script breaks. This also means the workload won't be as heavy, meaning I won't disappear for half a year at a time.

As a side-note, I've estimated that the whole comic will be about five chapters long. I'm going to do a Gaiden on Leara's parents, Leara and Saishia, as well as a Gaiden for Ichiro and Leon. And a character I haven't introduced yet. So totally that would put me at...nine chapters. Yay Gaidens!

 Don't worry guys! After looking through the journal I've discovered my 'second wind' of sorts. I'll start writing the next chapter's script, so I'll most likely have the new pages out in a week or two.

First of all, life really got in the way. I got depressed, discouraged because no one reads this, and very very sad...

But then I got word of something that made my heart squee with delight. A tablet. for Xmas this year, I got a tablet. Sure, this first colored page may suck, but you know...

Anyway, I'm back. We have one more page to go before the chapter ends.

If you notice, it's all in black and white because I still can't find my bag of colored pencils. But you'll live.

I've been insanely busy, and I also lost my coloured pencils. That's why I haven't uploaded.

I might upload it sometime this weekend if I get lucky...
